Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage Support case tickets and follow established Infoblox Support process to resolve cases.
• Troubleshooting will involve work in India lab to recreate scenarios, analysis of logs, participation in web based remote sessions with customers and escalation of hot customer issues. Work closely with escalation leads in India and senior engineers in US and Europe
