Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. [BSNL] will fill up 300 vacancies of Management Trainee (MT) under open quota through a selection process consisting of Assessment Process, Group Discussion & Interview to be held on All India basis. 
The management trainees will be required to work in namely two departments which are finance and operations. The MTs will be responsible for handling the financial matters and accounts and they will also required to keep a track of operations being done and their need in the company.
The last date for the receipt of applications is 14th October 2009.

No. of posts:

There are 300 posts in total which include 250 posts for operations and 50 for finance.


Pay scale:

The MTs will be given a pay scale of Rs24900-50500 + other allowances 


Eligibility:

A candidate must not exceed the age of 30 years. 


Educational Qualifications: 

  • For MTs in Operations – A candidate must have Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent Engineering Degree in any of the following disciplines:-
  1. Telecommunications
  2. Electronics    
  3. Computer/IT
  4. Electrical
PLUS
Two years regular full time MBA
  • For MTs in Finance – A candidate must be a CA/ICWS/CS. For internal candidates 4 years of minimum experience is necessary.

Selection process: 


The candidates will have to appear for a written test followed by a group discussion  and an interview.

  • The candidates are required to apply as per the format given on the website . 
  •  The candidates are required to pay an application fee ofRs1500 (only for general and OBC candidates)  in the form of a DD drawn in the favor of Senior Accounts Officer/Accounts Officerpayable at  respective stations (available on website).
  •  The candidates are required to send two photographs, medical certificate, two unstamped envelopes and the DD along with the application. 
  • All the applications must be sent at the address of each state given in the advertisement and website.
