Project - Remote Desktop Administrator (RDA) using java technology

The whole PC based systems which are available these days are all running through the network type communication such as net centers and college LABS. This is very time consuming to administer and control all the computers in a network manually. RDA helps in this situation it works as software which can be used to control the different computers, which are connected to the internet, from a single PC. It provides various features like file transfer, remote desktop capturing and event transfer.

The project entitled “Remote control and management tool for task distribution over a network” aims at giving a satisfactory solution for managing and controlling the works,which are progressing under different workstations on the network in an organization,at the administrator’s level. This software has been developed under Microsoft Windows 2000\XP platform using JDK 1.5 as front end and Microsoft access 2000 as the back end.

Implementing Computer graphics through C application

The project utilizes several algorithms like Bresenham’ line drawing algorithm, Bresenham’s circle drawing algorithm, Midpoint ellipse algorithm, Flood fill algorithm etc. By using the principles of animation button features are implemented so as to make the application feel more like the application it is intended to simulate. Mouse inputs are used to operate the various tools that are used in this application.
