PMI Kerala Chapter conducting session on ''Change Management and Air Traffic Controllers"

Technopark, Trivandrum and PMI Trivandrum, Kerala Chapter have the pleasure to invite you to an informative session on 'Change Management and Air Traffic Controllers' by Mr. Amarnath Raja.

Amarnath Raja is a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and chief mentor directly responsible for InApp's software delivery services. Based out of our global delivery center in India, Amarnath Raja oversees Technology strategy, Project implementation and Operations management.

Formerly with IBM, Japan, Amarnath Raja is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Amar’s earlier work in the development of information systems in the management of large dairies in the co-operative sector is widely recognized as a key to the emergence of Indian dairies among the most automated organizations in India.

Amar is very active in professional organisations and is the current Chair of IEEE Kerala Section and former chapter chair of Computer Society of India, Trivandrum Chapter. He is also very active in the free and open source movements and is is a Director of SPACE and a member of FSF-India.

On one hand change is the most worrying aspect of quality management but on the other hand change is the way of life in most organizations. In most live situations, change in Computer Application and Processes impacts the entire organization. A key factor to success of the Change Management is effective communication between all actors participating in the change. However communication between the 'Tech-ies'  and the 'Business' is quite complicated! This talk is on such an experiment on Change Management and communication in  an investment banking company using a mutually understandable media.
