TekPath Finishing School is starting a course in Mechanical Engineering Design for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates in the second week of September 2009
Main Courses Are
- Mechanical Engineering Design (MED) -Duration – 90 hours over a period of 1 month for Engineering graduates
- Piping & Pipeline Design (PPD) -Duration – 60 hours over a period of 2 weeks for Engineering graduates/Diploma holders
- Piping /Pipeline Design & Drafting (PLD) -Duration – 30 hours over a period of 10 days for Engineering graduates/ Diploma holders/ITC/ITI
Course Title

1) Introduction to Engineering Design & Consultancy
2) Static Equipment Design
3) Rotating Equipment Design
4) Piping Design
5) Pipeline Design
6) Introduction to Engineering Drawings in AutoCAD
7) Project Management
8) Introduction to QHSE
9) Communication/ Presentation skills, Office Etiquettes etc.
10) Introduction to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and related Industries/ sectors
11) Guidance for placement in Engineering Design & Consultancy
Course Certificate
On successful completion of course, a course certificate will be issued by TekPath Finishing School.
Eligibility
Fresh graduates in B Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate, preferably with an aptitude for Design. Final year students who have appeared for exam and waiting for results can also apply providedthey have secured a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate upto 6th Semester and do not have any backlogs
Course Fee
Course fee: Rs. 10,000/‐ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable at the beginning of the course

Course Duration
- Duration – 90 hours over a period of 2 months
- 3 Hours per day, Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm*
- Technical knowledge & skills : 66 hours
- Soft skills : 12 hours
- On the job training : 9 hours
- Placement guidance : 3 hours
- Total : 90 hours
