QUALIFICATIONS:

Chief Administrative Officer

•  Postgraduate with MBA/PG Diploma in Management
• 20 years of experience in relevant areas i.e. Establishment/Personnel in Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Bodies, out of which minimum 5 years should be in the next lower position equivalent or comparable to the post of Sr. Administrative Officer.
• Persons serving in large Private Sector Organizations in comparable positions also can apply. 
• Age : Not exceeding 50 years on the last date fixed for receiving application.
•  Scale of Pay : Revised PB-3 – Rs. 15600-39100 – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 21900/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-.

Senior Administrative Officer (General Administration)

        

• Graduation in any discipline with Postgraduate Degree or PG Diploma in Management.
• 15 years of experience in relevant areas ie. Establishment/ Personnel in Government/Public Sector/ Autonomous Bodies, out of which minimum 5 years should be in the next lower position equivalent or comparable to the post of Administrative Officer. Persons serving in large Private Sector Organizations in comparable positions also can apply. 
•  Age – Not exceeding 45 years on the last date fixed for receiving application.
•  Scale of pay –Revised PB-3 – Rs. 15600-39100 – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 18750/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-

Assistant

      

• Graduation with minimum 55% marks (in Part-III alone) and knowledge of computer applications in office management.
•  8 years of experience out of which at least 7 years in the lower grade of Junior Assistant or similar post in any Govt./Private Organization.
• Age - Not exceeding 35 years on the last date fixed for receiving application.
• Scale of pay –Revised PB-2 – Rs. 9300 – 34800 – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 9300 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-

 Consultant (Communications & Public Relations)

 Job profile includes Planning & implementing communication activities, brand communications, media relations, management of press conferences, and preparation of publications, Annual Report and reports for Board Meetings. Postgraduate in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations with a minimum of 10 years of relevant operational experience in Government/large enterprise can apply. Appointment will be on contract basis with consolidated monthly remuneration which is negotiable commensurate with the qualification and experience.
