Program Structure
The programme consists of four semesters of six months each, spread across two years. The course integrates an academic knowledge of management studies with its applications in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. With the rapid expansion of the tourism sector, there is an increased demand for specialised personnel with managerial and leadership qualities. This course facilitates the all-round development of the student, with a focus on their creative, communication and inter-personal skills. This programme will enable its participants to walk confidently into any career within travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

Admission Requirements
The candidates must have completed a valid and recognized Graduate degree program in any discipline and should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Age not more than 30 yrs. He or she should be of amicable nature, and should be willing to travel, meet people and work in a service and customer-oriented industry. Good communication and presentation skills, along with an excellent command of English language is a must.
Admission Procedure
Admission to the MBA programme is based on academic merit, MAT score (Management Aptitude Test Of AIMA),group discussion and personal interview. Candidates who have taken the MAT test may apply with their valid scores and other relevant certificates. Those who wish to appear for the MAT may obtain further details from www.aima-ind.org
The application form and prospectus can be obtained by remitting Rs. 300/- at the office of KITTS or at Union Bank, Op. Ammathittil, Thycaud. The same an be obtained by post by sending a DD for Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Director KITTS payable at Thiruvananthapuram to the following address.

Send the filled in downloaded application forms along with two passport size photographs and application fee of Rs. 300/- in the form of demand draft in favour of The Director, KITTS, payable at Trivandrum to the above address
The registration fee will not be refunded in any case
Eligible candidates will then be called for GD and personal interview to be held at KITTS, Trivandrum.
You are required to bring the following credentials in original for verification along with one set of attested copies of the same .Credentials required
a. Proof of age
b. Degree certificate and marklist
c. MAT score card
(Those who are awaiting degree results may bring the I and II year degree marklists in original)
Candidates shall have to attend the selection process at their own expense.
Course Fees
The fee per semester is Rs. 20000/-, to be paid before the commencement of each semester. A refundable caution deposit of Rs.800 has to be paid at the time of admission.
Last Date of Application
Completed application forms along with a DD for Rs.300 drawn in favour of Director KITTS as well as copies of MAT score card and other relevant certificates are to be submitted on or before 30 May 2009 for further processing the 2009 admissions.
GD/Interview dates : March 28, May 16 and June 12 2009
