Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd Looking for Trainees - Power Grip Corp Ltd is a Navratna Public Sector and a reputed unit. It is a premier power transmission utility of the country and one of the largest transmission utilities of the world.

The trainees would be responsible for learning the work of their respective departments while slowly building their command over the work (like construction, design of distribution systems and working on electrical systems for transmission of power). 

Pay scale: The trainees will initially be given a stipend of Rs7300 and on successful completion of their 1 year training they will be regularized as junior engineers in the pay scale of Rs7300-12660.

Eligibility: 

• Age : 27 years as on 31st August 2009. 

• Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a diploma in civil or electrical engineering from a recognized university or an institution with a minimum of 70% (passing marks for SC/ST candidates).
