Kerala PSC Approved Degrees from Periyar and MS University ?

Sir Ii had completed B.SC Chemistry course 2000-2003 in M. G university affiliated college. i failed in main and sub maths. I tried 3 more times still failed. now from an institution they said they can get same degree within 6 months from approved universities like Periyar, M S university through direct final year exam. i want to know that kerala PSC will approve this degree? please reply me
