How to Study Plus TWo Level Course in Currespondance ?

I completed PDC from kerala university  (not passed)    (97-99)   .Now, I’m working in Kuwait. My date of Birth 04.06.1981.           I would like to  study in +2 level course, is it possible? or not? otherwise any currespondance course for BA. what is the procedure? kindly reply me..Thanking you. (sajuraju)
