How to enroll in Engineering Course ? I have done only SSLC

If  you  had  completed 3 year Diploma in Engineering, you could have done sectionA&B of AMIE which is equal to a dregree in engineering. As you have done only SSLC, you have to write the student ship examination also of Institution of Engineers (IE for short)

. But it is not easy  to pass AMIE, student ship, secion A,and  B as they maintain a good international standard .But I know a person called Mr Philip who started from Student ship and completed all 3  exams and became a qualified engineer.Philip  was working in Rourkela steelplant and became an officer later. Now the choice is yours.

 

I also know a Malayalee engineer who stood all    India first  in Section A and got gold  medal .He did not complete section B of AMIE    till I met him last atBokaro steel city ( he got his concentration diverted to other things.  But  I do not know wther he did Section B later).

Hence focussing is very important in such courses

 

I do not know much about Kerala educational systems as I am out side kerala since 1963.But there are many institutions like Indian institute of metals giving members ships equal to degree in engineering (AMIIM) .You can choose a course depending on the engineering branch you want to choose.
