Capella is on the look out for dynamic candidates to handle the marketing and relationship management operations for each district. Initially, we plan to engage DROs in Calicut, Malapuram and Trichur districts. DROs will handle the complete operations related to relationship management, business development and marketing in each district.
Position: District Relationship Officer (DRO)
Job Description
• Identify Sales Agents who can bring in business for the firm
• Maintain relationship and manage the contribution of each sales agent
• Meet the firm's revenue targets on time
• Promote and develop the brand of Capella, among all the leading
business houses, high net worth individuals, associations, Govt
departments etc

• Should love interacting with people and understanding their problem
• Should have salesmanship, marketing skills and experience
• Should be presentable with good communication skill
• Should be reliable, target oriented and have an aggressive marketing ability
• Should work with an entrepreneurial mentality
• Should be willing to travel throughout the district constantly
• Should have own laptop and transportation vehicle
Locations (Districts): Calicut, Malapuram, Trichur
Remuneration
This role is an entrepreneurial role. The remuneration will be fully commission based, with an average performer making about Rs 50,000 plus per month..
