  2. Ticket counters Agents
  3. Customer of the organization.

    •  Automated online reservation: The organization can provide the customer the service of making online reservations and cancellations.  

    •  Flight Management: The Administrator can manage the various flights.
    • Frequent Flyer Program: Different memberships and subsequent benefits are given to customers under this program to achieve customer loyalty.
    • Booking History: Proper storage of the booking history.
    • Surveys: This module stores the feedback provide by customers.
    • Baggage Management: Proper baggage management is provided.
    • Profile Management: The users can manage their profile and login accounts
