The Managerial Aptitude Test shall be an aptitude test of one hour duration. The test consists of items relating to logical and analytical reasoning, decision making, and interpersonal and social relations for effective team management.

Programme Design and Curriculum:

The programme is of one-year duration. It comprises of about 400 hrs of contact classes. These classes comprise of a combination of online instructions in select cities and on-campus contact. The courses are divided into three modules. The first module comprises of foundation level courses in management while the next two modules focus on courses on concepts and skills and domain specific courses in management respectively:
  • Module-1:   Foundation courses – 210 hrs
  • Module-2:  Courses on concepts and skills – 90 hrs
  • Module-3:  Domain specific courses – 90 hrs
 

Online instructions:

A major portion of the course will be conducted on the online, interactive, satellite based classrooms in various cities. Participants will attend these online instructions by IIM Indore faculty at state-of-art classrooms in the cities of their residence. Online classes will be conducted three days a week from 6:30 to 9:30 pm.
 

Campus visit opportunities:

Participants will get opportunity to visit IIM Indore campus once or twice for about 5 days each and will get to attend classes in campus as well as interact with faculty for clarification of their doubts. Apart from these campus visits the students may also get opportunity to interact with faculty in few selected cities nearer to their city of residence during the programme.
 

Pedagogy:

The programme pedagogy involves interactive lectures and presentations intertwined with case discussions, experience sharing, student assignments and projects. Apart from the instructions from the programme faculty, the students get tremendous opportunity to learn from the peer group, which brings diversity in terms of industry, job profile, age and roles with it.
 

Programme Fees:
