Facility Executive

Facility - Roles and Responsibilities

1. Keeping track of all vendor and AMC contract for Kochi . Ensure that the Annual maintenance are renewed on time and the AMC as per the contract is carried out for all items under the contract
2. Raise the Change Control Form for all Routine Electrical Maintenance & Emergency Maintenance after informing all SBU’s of the same.

5. Keeping track of all Facility lease request and working on space requirements.

8. Keeping a track of the Pre-paid Electricity Payment of all the present ACS Office floors in the Infopark premises & ensuring the payment release of the same

TRAINING, EMOLUMENTS AND PLACEMENTS

 

Selected candidates will initially undergo training for six months. During the training period, Trainees will be paid a consolidated Stipend @ Rs.20, 000/- per month. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed at the entry level in the Management Cadre in “A” grade in the Salary Scale of Rs.12000 – 17500 (under revision) plus VDA, HRA, CCA, etc. and other perquisites as applicable to particular grade. The CTC on absorption in Salary Grade would be appx. Rs.7.00 lakhs per annum. Posting can be in any Division/Department of the Corporation at any place in the country/otherwise and the services thereafter will be transferable as required by the Corporation.
