Software Development

Candidates with B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science with 3-4 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organization are needed. Excellent communication skills and team player attributes are essential. Industry experience in application development using VC++, C++ and .NET is required. Specialization in one of the following skill sets is essential:

Software developers- VoIP [Job code: DEV 001]

Experience is required in areas of network programming and Windows Audio Drivers & applications/Audio-Video Codecs/DSP/VoIP. Familiarity with protocols like SIP, RTP/RTCP is essential.

Software developers-Collaboration [Job code: DEV 002]

Exposure to windows internals, GDI programming and image compression techniques are essential. Experience is required in Windows 2000/XP Driver development, preferably Video Drivers.

Software developers-Applications [Job code: DEV 003]

Exposure to GUI application development/ Scalable server development and network programming is essential. Hands on experience in packaging and deploying software applications are required.

Senior System/Network Administrator[Job code: SSN 004]

Candidates with B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science with 6-7 years of system/network management experience are needed. Skills expected include: Experience in managing Microsoft & Linux networks; Expertise in configuration of Routers and firewalls; Hands on experience in IP security, VPN's, Network Load Balancing and Clustering; Exposure to configuration management tools and practices; Excellent communication skills and vendor management experience. Certifications like MCSA, CCNA and RHCE is a plus.

Customer Support [Job code: CS 005]

Candidates with B.Sc Computer Science/BCA with 2 years of software usage and programming experience are required. Ability to handle customer support activities, excellent communication skills and team player attributes are essential. Exposure to VC++, .NET is preferred.

Technical Writer[Job code: TW 006]

Candidates with Bachelor's Degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer in a product development company are needed. Experience in writing technical documents such as Product Whitepapers, User manuals, Brochures, Website content etc is essential. Excellent creative writing skills in American English, familiarity with HTML, Word, Visual Interdev, Adobe Acrobat etc are expected.
