Initially, we plan to engage DROs in Calicut, Malapuram and Trichur districts. DROs will handle the complete operations related to relationship management, business development and marketing in each district.

Job Description
• Identify Sales Agents who can bring in business for the firm
• Maintain relationship and manage the contribution of each sales agent
• Meet the firm's revenue targets on time
• Promote and develop the brand of Capella, among all the leading
business houses, high net worth individuals, associations, Govt
departments etc
